One twin bedroom with charming exposed stone walls for added character
Bathroom with power shower and a skylight offering breathtaking views across the valley and rolling fields
Open-plan living space with beautiful oak flooring, granite worktops, and a traditional Belfast sink
Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and fan oven
Comfortable leather sofa and an additional single bed chair (a high-quality Barker & Stonehouse fold-out with thick mattress – great for a third guest, £20 supplement)
The chair bed fits neatly under the stairs, so there's no need to fold it away each day
A small toddler airbed or cot is also available if needed
Outdoor Space:
Private rear patio and fully fenced garden—safe for dogs and little ones
Gate to a larger shared garden, and another leading straight into open fields and footpaths
A perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa while soaking up the peaceful views
